One of the core identities of Highland Park Baptist Church is social service through mission activity.
We support many local, national, and worldwide organizations with volunteers, food, clothing, money and time.
We join with other groups to provide many services including building churches and starting health clinics.

HPBC is proudly participating in the first-ever Baptist build of a Habitat for Humanity house in Austin. Click here for more information.
We have an active Women's Missionary Union (WMU) that spearheads many of our mission activities. We have both day time and night time WMU meetings each month.

Our church has been active since 1994 in the River Ministry along both sides of the
Texas/Mexico border, and since 2004 as a host church
to house homeless families in the Interfaith Hospitality Network.
HPBC members also involved in University Baptist Church's God's Family Dinner.
Highland Park supports the ministry of Dwight and Barbara Bolick in Temuco, Chile. Learn more about their efforts and our connection with them.

The first Sunday of each month is designated as Share Your
Table Sunday. Nonperishable food items are collected and donated to a different local relief organization.
We also open our doors for activities at our building facilities for organizations we support.
